Born - One month old
5 days old. :)
- Jackson figured out that if he waits to go pee right before we change him, he can get pee all over us. I figured out his little plan and just put him on the changing table and waited for him to go before opening the diaper.
- Celebrated Chase’s birthday. 25 years old!!!
- Started smiling for the first time on May 9th
- I had my first mothers day. It was great :)
- We got a new nephew that is only 4 weeks younger than Jackson. They are going to be such close cousins. Baby Graham is so cute!! We got to see him in Boise when Jackson was 4 weeks old.
- Celebrated our Anniversary. 2 years! Go us!!
- Jackson loves the outdoors
- grunts when he poops.
- couldn’t really tell the difference between his cries yet.

2 months old
- celebrated father’s day
- Jackson got his two month shots and only cried for about a minute, never got a fever, and returned to being the angel of a son that he is. Love this boy.
- We went to Utah to visit my family. My aunt and uncle’s family was going on a mission to Prague and had their farewell one weekend so we got to go there. Carly and the rest of my Springer family got to meet Jackson for the first time.
- We also went to Henry’s Lake to do some fishing with Chase’s dad and brother. We also went to yellowstone that weekend. It was cold and rainy but beautiful as always :)
- Jackson laughed for the first time and then loved to laugh all the time
- Jackson is a very wiggly boy and loves laying on his stomach.
- We went to a drive in movie with Jackson and he slept through the whole thing! First date night with baby=success!!

- Jackson taught himself how to plank while on his belly and to roll himself back over onto his back.
- Jackson started sleeping all the way through the night. Formula Change triggered it?
- Jackson slept through fireworks on the fourth. BEST SLEEPER EVER. We spent the fourth of July in Utah with Chase's family.
- He also discovered what his hands were and found his feet.
- He LOVES to stand up. He can hold himself up against something all by himself!
- He is a quick learner and loves trying to be a big boy. He never likes to lay down in your arms. He has to sit up with you.
- Jackson got blessed by Chase is church is Utah. It was so great having both of our families there. :)
- We went to the ranch with my family again this year. Jackson loved being up in the mountains. He started leaking poop out of his pants a lot that trip and not having a bath tub in our room was not fun...but he slept through the night and we had a great time with my family :) Jackson loved to go on walks in our AMAZING stroller. I would recommend the BOB stroller to anyone. It's the best! I think he mostly enjoyed having my family hold him and play with him. He loves being around people.
- We also went to Red Fish Lake with Chase's family and LOVED it! It was our first time camping in a tent with Jackson and it was crazy but ended up being so much fun. We were there during a forest fire that was in the campgrounds which was intense, but when they cleared it all up we went back to our campsite and enjoyed the lake. Jackson loved to stick his feet in the river and had so much fun sitting in the kayak with Nonnie. We got to use our pack n play a lot this summer and I love it! We just got an inexpensive one but it is perfect!
- I think Jackson got our good skin tone. He tans very easily just like me and Chase. He got a farmers tan at red fish lake.

- Jackson can officially roll onto his belly all by himself...and he does it A LOT!! He tries to roll over while I change him. It makes changing his diaper very difficult. He is now trying to crawl. He is figuring out how to use his knees and feet.
- We moved back to Boise to live with Chase’s parents for a little while to save money and we are loving it! Nothing is better than being able to just go out into a backyard that is as beautiful as my mother-in-laws and enjoy this amazing Boise weather. We really appreciate them letting us stay with them. It's a blast! :)
- Jackson discovered his mouth. He sucks on his lower lip like he is sucking on his binkie. It’s hilarious. He also does this interesting parrot mouth face.
- Jackson’s favorite toys are his caterpillar, his jaguar stuffed animal, his keys, his bunny with the chewable feet, his zebra, ziplock bags, waterbottles, boxes, and anything else that isn't really a toy.
- He loves to watch animated movies. He likes other movies too but they don’t keep his interest for very long.
- He is mimicking words that we say now. It sounds like he is saying hey or hi sometimes.
- He loves being a big boy and sitting up. He doesn’t like to lay down because that means he is sleeping or being changed. He loves to be on his belly or sitting up.
- He loves to look at the leaves on trees. He likes watching them move in the wind.
- He is getting big! Last time we checked he was 15 pounds...but that was a little while ago. He drinks 6 ounces of formula every two hours.
- His hair is growing back a little bit now. He still looks bald though. He must have gotten Chase’s darker hair, because his eyelashes and hair are definitely not like mine were when I was a baby. I was a blondie.
- He LOVES baths. He kicks around and loves the water so much. It’s adorable.
- Jackson is sleeping through the night EVERY night still. :) It's wonderful! He goes to bed around 9 or 9:30 and no later than 10 PM and wakes up no earlier than 7 and usually around 8:30. LOVE IT!

Well that's it for Jackson I think. He is healthy, big, happy, and the cutest baby ever. I am one lucky momma!
As for me and Chase....Chase is working as the general manager for Kopter Krazy (the place he worked as a manager for last year) and is doing such a great job! He is so talented and smart and such a hard worker. He deserved this job and he is now making salary while he is off track until April. It's so great and I am so proud of him. I am a stay-at-home mom. I run errands, and clean, and take care of Jackson...and I love it. :) It makes me happy to take care of my family.
That's all I can really think of right now. Hopefully I didn't leave anything important or fun out. If I did I will edit it in later. Hope you enjoyed reading a little bit about Jackson and our family!
